First time users simply sign on using their member number and Telephone Banking PIN for their password. For security, a multi-factor verification process is required to set up Home Banking access:

  • Step 1: Choose a username
  • Step 2: Register your telephone for text and/or voice calls
  • Step 3: Enroll your PC or electronic device as public or private
