Watch Out for Scammers!
Please be careful — impersonation scams are on the rise. Scammers are pretending to be your Credit Union and even copying (spoofing) our phone number. Scammers are also asking for your login information, one-time passcodes and other sensitive information.
Some of your fellow Members have been affected and they want you to know: Stay vigilant, scammers are out there.
Protect Yourself
- We will never ask you for your one-time passcode. Don’t share it with anyone.
- Never give your one-time passcode over the phone. Doing so gives scammers direct access to your money.
- We will never call, text or email you to ask for private information like your Social Security number, PIN, one-time passcode or Online Banking credentials.
- Unless you have asked for a call back, we will never call to ask for personal information.
Tips to Avoid Fraud
- Don’t rely on the caller ID for verification.
- If you are unsure, hang up and call us directly.
- NEVER give your password to anyone.
