The Long Beach City Employees Federal Credit Union is a federally chartered, non-profit, financial co-operative, which operates for the exclusive benefit of the membership. Financial services are focused on providing members with a safe and convenient place to save and borrow money.

Credit unions exist to provide service to the membership. Any profits are used to cover government mandated reserves, statutory net worth (capital) requirements and credit union operating expenses.
