The
Board of Directors of the Long Beach City Employees
Federal Credit Union is made up of nine member volunteers
who are elected by the membership for staggered
three-year terms.
The
Board of Directors, as required by law, establishes
all credit union policies and approves all actions.
This includes the establishment of both loan and dividend
rates, the borrowing of money, and the execution of
financial investments.
